We dance to loud music including reggaeton, desi hip hop, dancehall, pop and more!! To celebrate music from artists often side-lined in mainstream music genres, the music is primarily made by women, queer and/ non-binary individuals.

Ultimately, FemmeFitness is a practice to help (re)connect us with our bodies, in spite of the systems that don't want us to.
